1. Booking and Payment

By booking a tour with Azura Tours Agency, you agree to provide accurate information. A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your private desert trip or day excursion.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made 48 hours before the tour date are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-shows are non-refundable.

3. Itinerary Changes

While we strive to follow every itinerary, Azura Tours Agency reserves the right to modify routes due to weather conditions, road closures in the Atlas Mountains, or safety concerns.

4. Liability

Azura Tours Agency acts as an intermediary for transport and guided services. While we prioritize safety, we are not liable for personal injury or loss of property during tours. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
